Returns & warranty information

These pages are configurable drafts. Until the owner approves the final policy, this is general guidance only — not a confirmed warranty promise. We never invent blanket exclusions or fixed warranty periods.

Used parts

Used parts are sold as individual inventory items with their own photos and condition notes. Where a part carries a product-specific warranty, it is stated on the product page. Otherwise used parts are sold as inspected, with returns limited to cases where the part does not match its listed condition or is not as described.

Electrical and electronic parts (ECUs, sensors, modules) are generally not returnable once installed or coded.

New parts

New parts carry the supplier's or manufacturer's warranty terms where applicable, stated on the product page. Returns of new parts must be unused, in original packaging and within the stated return window.

Compatibility and fitment

We distinguish confirmed compatible from compatibility needs checking. Where fitment is not confirmed, we ask for your VIN or part number before finalising the sale. A part returned because it does not fit a vehicle we did not confirm compatibility for is handled on its merits.

Starting a return or warranty claim

Contact us by phone or WhatsApp with your order reference and photographs of the issue. We'll confirm next steps, including whether the part should be returned to the yard or collected.

Tax note: Morris Garage is not currently configured as VAT-registered. We won't describe a receipt as a tax invoice unless the required business details are configured.
