Privacy policy

When you submit a parts request, enquiry, quote or order, we collect the details you provide — your name, mobile number, email (where given), vehicle make, model, year, engine or variant, part description, part number, VIN (where provided), photos and your collection or delivery preference. We keep this only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or order.

We use your details to check fitment, source parts, prepare quotes, process orders, arrange delivery or collection, and contact you about your request. Promotional or marketing follow-up is separate and only sent with your permission.

We may share details with courier or delivery partners for fulfilment, and with suppliers to source parts on your behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

Photos, VINs and part numbers you upload help us identify the correct part. They are used for this enquiry only unless you agree to further follow-up. Uploaded photos do not transfer automatically to WhatsApp — please send them in the chat if needed.

You can ask us to update or remove your details, or opt out of promotional messages, at any time by phone or WhatsApp. Transactional messages about your active order or enquiry continue until that request is complete.

Access to your details is restricted to authorised staff. Payment card details are handled by our secure payment provider — we do not store full card numbers on this site.
